The Board of Selectmen may, by majority vote, accept gifts to the town or any of its agencies, of money and/or personal property form any person or entity in conformance with the donor’s directions as to the use of the gift(s), and in amounts not to exceed $5,000 from any person or entity during any single fiscal year, upon such terms and conditions as a majority of the Board of Selectmen may prescribe.
