§ 153.01 PURPOSE.
   It is the purpose of this chapter to regulate the construction of residential driveways in the town in order to provide safe and structurally adequate access to properties from public roads. Driveways that access state roads must also meet state requirements. All commercial driveways must comply with the applicable current zoning regulations.
