Upon approval of an application for site plan (pursuant to § 11A of the town’s zoning regulations), special exception (pursuant to § 11 of the town’s zoning regulations), subdivisions resulting in five or more additional building lots, and resubdivisions resulting in five or more additional building lots, by two-thirds vote of the entire Commission, the Commission may require the permittee to pay the costs associated with monitoring compliance with permit conditions or Commission orders.
