By a two-thirds vote of the full Planning and Zoning Commission, the Commission may require the applicant to bear the consultant costs for applications for site plans (pursuant to § 11A of the town’s zoning regulations), special exceptions (pursuant to § 11 of the town’s zoning regulations), amendments to the zoning test, amendments to the zoning map, subdivisions resulting in five or more additional building lots, and resubdivisions resulting in five or more additional building lots.
