In accordance with Conn. Gen. Stat. § 29-252, as amended, and as it may in the future be amended, a certain document, three copies of which have been on file for over 30 days in the Office of the Town Clerk, being marked and designated as State Basic Building Code, is hereby adopted as the Building Code of the town, for the control of buildings and structures as therein provided, and each and all regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the State Basic Building Code are hereby referred to and adopted and made a part hereof as it is previously set out in this section.
