(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Each owner or occupant of a numbered building shall be required to affix the assigned number within 90 days of the receipt of the notice of assignment of the number. Failure to do so shall be considered a violation of this section and punishable by a fine of not less than $1, nor more than $20 per day for each offense.
