§ 111.12 PRE-OPERATIONAL INSPECTION.
   Whenever plans and specifications are required by § 111.11 to be submitted to the Director of Health or his or her authorized agent, the Director of Health or his or her authorized agent shall inspect the food service establishment prior to its beginning operation to determine compliance with the approved plans and specifications and with the requirements of this chapter and the Public Health Code of the state.
