(A) There shall be a non-refundable $10 initial application fee for any food service license.
(B) The following special classes of food service establishments and annual permit fees are adopted:
(1) Food service establishment with a seating capacity of one to 49 persons: $150;
(2) Food service establishment with a seating capacity of 50 to 100 persons: 200;
(3) Food service establishment with a seating capacity of 101+ persons: $225;
(4) Convenience store, take out service, bakery, grocery store, deli: $125;
(5) Itinerant food vendors and caterers: $80;
(6) Seasonal food establishments: $75;
(7) Temporary food establishments (maximum of 14 days): $50;
(8) Nonprofit social, fraternal and recreational organizations with permanent kitchen facilities: $50; and
(9) Public schools, churches, synagogues and community service organizations: $1.
