355.02 PARKING CONTROL OFFICER.
   (a)   The position of Parking Control Officer is hereby created to enforce all parking ordinances within the Central Parking District.
   (b)   The Parking Control Officer shall be designated by the Chief of Police or in the absence of the Chief, by the senior officer on duty.
