750.03 LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person shall construct, modify, restore or otherwise alter a Commercial Indoor Shooting Range unless the person shall first obtain a license therefore from the Planning and Zoning Officer. The license shall be issued subject to the rules and regulations set forth in this chapter.
