925.01 DEFINITIONS.
   (a)    The Standard Water Rate shall be defined as the rate per unit or units established by ordinance.
   (b)    C.F. = Cubic foot.
   (c)    One cubic foot = 7.48 gallons.
   (d)    The Due Date shall be fifteen days after the issue date of the bill.
