905.08 PLANTERS PROHIBITED IN STREETS.
   (a)    There shall be no planters constructed within the City on any street that encroach or intrude into the traveled portion of any street or roadway.
   (b)    The Service Director shall be directed to remove or rescind any authority previously granted to SCURC to construct any planter in the street.
