901.01 CONSTRUCTION OR REPAIR OF SIDEWALKS.

Whenever, in the opinion of Council, it becomes necessary to construct or repair any sidewalk in the City, Council shall pass a resolution declaring that it shall be so constructed or repaired. Such resolution shall describe the sidewalk, state in what manner it is to be so constructed or repaired and what kind of materials are to be used.
