737.02 LICENSE FEES; BOND FOR CIRCUSES.

   (a)   The fee for circuses; riding or feats of horsemanship and menagerie of animals, shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) for each twenty-four hour period.

   (b)   A five thousand dollar ($5,000) bond, approved by the Auditor, must be posted with the Housing, Planning and Zoning Officer.
