713.11 GAMBLING PROHIBITED.

No form of gambling shall be permitted in any bowling alley or in the room in which the alleys are located, or at any cigar stand or other business in the same room, whether or not the room is divided by a partition nor shall any checks be given which can be redeemed for merchandise or cash.
