§ 152.06 PHYSICAL CHANGES.
   (A)   Improvements and changes to a structure or landscape by a property owner, which may influence the volume and flow of surface water, either through waterways, ditches, or sub-surface tile, shall present computed evidence in regard to runoff and detention possibilities.
   (B)   The Village Engineer has the vested authority of the Village Council to determine the feasibility of land use, additions, and structural changes having an influence on surface water and stormwater runoff.
