(A) Record drawings will be required for all basins to assure compliance with all applicable requirements.
(B) The village may inspect all private detention basins and, if problems exist, report these to the owner. The owner shall be given a reasonable amount of time to correct the problem, weather permitting. The village shall perform such work as it deems necessary, and charge the owner if the owner fails to correct the problem.
