§ 150.03 REPAIR OF SIDEWALK BY OWNER OF LOT.
   The owner of each lot, part of lot, or parcel of land in front of, or against which, a sidewalk has been, or may hereafter, be constructed, shall keep the same in good order and repair in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
