§ 31.18 TERMS.
   Members of the Committee shall be appointed for terms of three years. Of those members first taking office, one shall be appointed for one year, two for two years, and one for three years. Vacancies shall be filled for the remaining term only by the Village Mayor. The Councilperson shall serve a two-year term. Members serve without compensation.
