The members shall be appointed on the basis of expertise, experience, or interest in the area of architectural history, building construction or engineering, finance, historical and architectural preservation, neighborhood organizing, or real estate. The member of the Western Champaign County Business and Professional Association does not need to live in the village, but the business he or she represents must be in the village.
