§ 31.16 COMPOSITION OF THE COMMITTEE.
   The Village Historic Preservation Committee shall consist of four voting members who are residents of the village appointed by the Mayor and approved by the Village Council. At least one member shall be a member of the Western Champaign County Business and Professional Association. At least one member shall be a Councilperson of the village.
