(A) The County Building Regulation Department shall be authorized to issue occupancy and building permits for one-, two-, and three-family dwellings.
(B) All building inspection fees and building permit fees shall be retained by the County Building Regulation Department as full compensation for its services under this code.
(C) The County Building Regulation Department shall forward to the village each month a list of all permits issued.
(D) It is the intention of the parties that, for so long as this section exists, the dwelling house standards and all applicable rules and regulations shall be the same in the village as are in effect in the unincorporated areas of the county.
