§ 72.079 LOCOMOTIVE SPEED LIMITS.
   (A)   It is necessary to preserve the health, safety, and welfare of the residents of the village through this section.
   (B)   The railroad locomotives and cars traveling within the village shall not exceed a speed of 35 miles per hour.
   (C)   Whoever violates this section shall be fined no less than $5, nor more than $50 for each offense.
