For the purposes of approval of plans, inspections, and to exercise enforcement authority for dwelling house alteration, addition, and construction of one-, two-, and three-family units and accessory buildings, the County Building Regulation Department, and its duly authorized agents, shall exercise authority as Building Inspector in the village.
