§ 30.15 CREATION.
   In accordance with R.C. § 733.262, the duties of Clerk and Treasurer are hereby combined, and there is hereby created the position of the Village Fiscal Officer, and the salary of the Village Fiscal Officer shall be established upon the appointment of said position.
