(A) The village shall not accept the following, or substantially similar, items as burnable refuse:
(1) Broken concrete, dirt, sod, rocks;
(2) Bricks, blocks, construction materials, demolition materials, including wood and lumber;
(3) Stumps and root systems; and
(4) Village residents wishing to haul debris of this nature shall obtain prior approval from the Street Commissioner.
(B) The preceding list is for descriptive purposes only and is not an exhaustive list of items that the village shall refuse to accept. The village may refuse delivery of any items determined by the village to be unacceptable for transportation to the dump site. Anyone wishing to haul debris to the dump site shall obtain the preapproval of the Street Commissioner
