(A) The use of the village dump, located on Dump Road, is restricted to residents of the village and to the hauler who has the franchise with the village for the hauling of garbage and rubbish.
(B) Any resident desiring to haul his or her own garbage or rubbish to the village shall secure a written permit from the Village Clerk for each trip to the dump. Such permit shall be issued upon payment of a fee based upon the amount of garbage or refuse at the rate of $1 per cubic yard.
(C) These permits may be obtained at the Village Clerk’s office Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
(D) The village dump will be open each Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and each Saturday from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The attendant will authorize dumping only upon presentment and surrender of the appropriate permit. No garbage or rubbish will be dumped in excess of the amount authorised by the permit.
(E) The hauler who has the exclusive franchise with the village for hauling garbage and rubbish shall pay to the village a fee of $200 for the privilege of using and maintaining the village dump.
