§ 50.49 OUTSIDE CORPORATE LIMITS.
   The Water and Sewer Department Superintendent, on authorization by the Village Council, may permit the installation of water and/or sewer mains beyond the corporate limits; provided the water and/or sewer mains meet the specifications adopted as standard by the village, and plans and specifications approved by the Water and Sewer Department Superintendent.
