(A) The billing schedule depends upon the service classification as shown below:

(B) Water bills are due and payable at the Village Municipal Office on, or before, the twenty-eighth day of the month. This is the due date for the net amount of the bill.
(C) If the bill is not paid in the Village Municipal Office by the due date, the customer will be charged the gross amount.
(D) Bills may be paid by mailing to Village of St. Paris, 135 W. Main Street, P.O. Box 572, St. Paris, Ohio 43072. You may also pay by phone with a credit card by calling 937-663-4329 or online at www.stparisohio.org. You may pay your bill at the First Central National Bank in the village, and there is a drop box located at the Municipal Building.
