(A) The village needs to provide for the maintenance and up keep of its village water and sewer system.
(B) To provide for a proper system for water and sewer maintenance and expansion in the future, the village needs to regulate all future expansion to said system.
(C) From the date of the enactment of this section, no hook-ups to, or tap-ons to, said system will be permitted outside the village boundaries unless written permission is granted by said Council.
(D) From the date of enactment of this section, no septic system or wells will be permitted to be activated within the boundaries of said village without written permission of the Council.
(E) Any violation of this section shall result in the violator being removed from said village system.
