§ 154.201 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates, or requires, a different meaning.
   TOWNHOME (TOWNHOUSE). Single-family dwelling units constructed in a series or group of attached units separated by side or party walls, and with property lines separating such units.
