§ 154.115 OTHER LOCATIONS.
   Parking spaces may be located on a lot other than that containing the principal use; provided it is within 300 feet of the principal use. Lots farther than 300 feet from the principal use may be approved by the Board of Zoning Appeals; provided a written agreement approved by the Planning Commission shall be filed with the application for a zoning certificate.
