The official schedule of district regulations shall be identified by the signature of the Mayor, attested by the Village Clerk, and bearing the seal of the village, under the following words: “THIS IS TO CERTIFY that this is the Official Schedule of district Regulations referred to in Section 410 and ARTICLE IV of Ordinance Number 420 of the Village of St. Paris, Ohio”, together with the date of the adoption or amendment of this chapter.
