A. Removal: The police department, and all members thereof assigned to traffic duty, are authorized to have removed and towed away by commercial towing service, any car or other vehicle illegally parked within any one of the city parks of the city.
B. Impoundment: Cars towed away for illegal parking shall be stored at owner's risk and expense and shall be restored to the owner or operator of such car upon payment of the commercial towing fee and the accrued storage thereon.
C. Unredeemed Vehicles: Any vehicle not claimed within thirty (30) days shall be deemed to have been abandoned and thereafter processed pursuant to Idaho laws governing abandoned vehicles 1 . (1977 Code § 10.10.040)
