6-2-2: PURPOSE:
The purpose of this chapter is to ensure the rights of way and other public properties are utilized in a manner consistent with the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the city and consistent with the city's responsibility and its proprietary interest in the public rights of way of the city and other public properties. (1977 Code § 10.08.020)
