3-5-5: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person who knowingly allows a junkyard to exist in the city without a license therefor, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) and/or one hundred eighty (180) days confinement in the county jail. Each calendar month in which the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 617, 11-8-1999)
