3-5-4: NUISANCES DECLARED:

All violations of this chapter are hereby declared to be public nuisances. The city may apply to the district court of Benewah County for an injunction prohibiting further operation of any junkyard or dump in violation of this chapter. (Ord. 617, 11-8-1999)
