9-8-4: SITE PLAN:
A site plan, to be approved by the St. Maires City Planning Commission and the Fire Chief, shall be required prior to development of the RV park. The site plan shall demonstrate compliance with the design standards herein and shall include a utility plan, subject to the review and approval of the Public Works Director and City Engineer.
