4-5-5: INSPECTION AND STORAGE:
   A.   System Inspection: All authorized cameras and systems will be inspected annually to ensure that they are in proper working condition and meet policy guidelines.
   B.   Image Storage: Recorded camera images will be retained in accordance with the storage capacity of the surveillance system and public record retention requirements unless the Mayor or the City Clerk or the City Council retain the camera images for an additional time.
