9-7-2: SURVEY REQUIRED:
If city council requires a survey be completed as a condition of approval:
   A.   The applicant shall record a survey of the property showing the new lot lines prepared and stamped by a surveyor with the county recorder and shall provide a recorded copy to the city within one hundred eighty (180) days of city council approval.
   B.   If not recorded within one hundred eighty (180) days, the approval shall be considered void. (Ord. 2019-736, 11-12-2019)
