9-7-1: PROCEDURE:
When the procedures set forth in applicable state and local code have been fulfilled, the city may grant a request to vacate a plat or any part thereof, including any platted city street or alley, with such restrictions as they deem necessary in the public interest. (Ord. 2019-736, 11-12-2019)
