1-8-1: OFFICERS DESIGNATED:
The elected officers of the city are a mayor and six (6) council members, including the council president. In addition and with the consent of the city council, the mayor shall appoint a city clerk, city treasurer, city attorney, public works director and such other officers as may be deemed necessary for the efficient operation of the city.
