10-1-5: REPRESENTATION:
Pursuant to Idaho Code 67-6526, the city shall, as nearly as possible, appoint persons to the city planning and zoning commission living within the city impact area in a number to reflect the proportion of population living within the city limits as opposed to the estimated population living within the city impact area. (Ord. 615, 5-10-1999)
