A. Comprehensive Plan: The comprehensive plan and subsequent amendments thereto, as officially adopted by the city, shall apply to zone 2 of the area of city impact, as well as to the city.
B. Zoning: Zoning ordinances and subsequent amendments thereto, as officially adopted by the city, shall apply to zone 2 of the area of city impact as well as to the city.
C. Subdivisions: Subdivision ordinances and subsequent amendments thereto, as officially adopted by the city, shall apply to zone 2 of the area of city impact as well as to the city.
D. Building Codes And Permit Requirements: Within zone 2, the building code and permit requirements of the city shall apply.
E. Floodplain Ordinance: The floodplain ordinance for Benewah County shall apply to zone 2 and shall be administered by Benewah County and the appropriate drainage district commissioners.
F. Public Streets Maintenance: Maintenance of public streets located in zone 2 shall be the exclusive responsibility of the county unless otherwise stipulated by written agreement between the county and the city.
G. Law Enforcement And Services: Law enforcement and fire services in zone 2 shall remain the responsibility of Benewah County and the St. Maries rural fire department unless otherwise stipulated by written agreement between the county and/or fire district and the city. (Ord. 615, 5-10-1999)
