A. Zone 1: Jurisdiction for all matters concerning zoning, building, subdividing or other matters granted under Idaho Code within zone 1 of the city impact area is hereby granted to the county, subject to the terms and conditions of its ordinances. The county planning and zoning commission and board of county commissioners shall be the deciding authority.
B. Zone 2: Jurisdiction for all matters concerning zoning, building, subdividing or other matters granted under Idaho Code within zone 2 of the city impact area is hereby granted to the city, subject to the terms and conditions of this chapter. The city planning and zoning commission and city council shall be the deciding authority. (Ord. 615, 5-10-1999)
