Any person who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter or who, having obtained a permit hereunder, shall wilfully fail to contrive to comply with the conditions herein set forth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in the general penalty in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each successive day constitutes a new violation. (1977 Code § 15.12.100)
