9-2-8: CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE:

Upon satisfaction of the building inspector that all codes and requirements have been complied with, a certificate of compliance shall be issued. Such certificate shall be a copy of the signed and dated inspection record and shall be issued prior to use and/or occupancy. (1977 Code § 15.12.080)
