9-2-7: ROOF DRAINS:

It is unlawful for any roof drains within the city to be allowed to run into the sanitary sewer system of the city. Violation of this provision shall constitute a violation of the building code and shall be subject to civil and criminal penalties therein provided. (1977 Code § 15.12.070)
