The applicant shall obtain an application from the building inspector and file such application in completed form with the building inspector along with the following:
A. In the case of all building permit applications not concerning a simple boundary structure such as a fence or wall, architectural drawings sufficient to meet the requirements of a recognized financial lending agency;
B. Survey plat completed and filed by licensed surveyor with property pins visibly positioned. In situations where appropriate, the survey plat must also show sewer and water hookup points and the location of structure as it will be positioned on property;
C. Fee for permit;
D. In situations where appropriate, receipt for water and sewer hookup fee previously paid to city clerk;
E. The initial application may require review by the planning and zoning commission for compliance with title 11 of this code. (Ord. 650, 10-23-2006)
