8-4-6: RECONNECTION CHARGE:
Once service has been discontinued by the city, it will be reconnected only upon payment by the customer of all delinquent payments and a reconnection charge. The amount of the reconnection charge shall be established by resolution of the city council and amended from time to time. (Ord. 630, 9-24-2001; amd. Ord. 2023-776, 12-21-2023)
